Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from the UK. All shipments are tracked, and you will receive a tracking reference number via email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery : Royal Mail Tracked 24 :Processing & Dispatch (1–3 Business Days)

European Delivery

• Standard Delivery : DHL Tracked : (5-7 Business Days) - customs duties calculated at checkout

International Delivery

• Economy Standard Delivery : DHL Tracked : (5-7 Business Days) - customs duties calculated at checkout

Please Note:

• A signature will be required upon delivery
• Tracking details are included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you can’t find it, you can also retrieve the tracking number from your Order History in your account.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a refund or exchange request.
All returns must include a completed returns slip.
