5. Prices & Payment

  • Delivery charges are additional and shown at checkout

6. International Orders

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you refuse to pay duties, your order will be returned, and we may deduct a shipping and handling fee from your refund.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you will have the right to cancel your order.

You will own the items once full payment is received and delivery is made. If no one is available to accept delivery, a re-delivery attempt or depot collection may apply.

8. Cancellations & Returns

8.1 Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)

You have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email us at info@michaelwhsky.com with your name, order number, and contact details.

8.2 Non-Cancellable Products

You cannot cancel if the item:

  • Was made to your specifications (e.g. custom text)

  • Has been worn or used

  • Is sealed for hygiene reasons and has been unsealed

You must return Products in accordance with our Returns Policy. Faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges.
