Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: transit times are not included in this window.

Returned items must be:

In their original condition

Unworn, unwashed, and free from odours, blemishes, or signs of wear

Free from animal or human hair
-
Returned with all original tags and swing tickets attached

In original packaging, including any branded materials

Items Not Eligible for Return

Underwear and socks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons — no exceptions.

Items that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to the customer without refund.
Return Processing

We aim to process all returns within 7–10 business days of receipt.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received.

Please allow 5 business days after receipt for the return to be reviewed and processed.

Once processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank, please allow up to 10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

During peak times (e.g. holidays), processing times may be extended.
Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued if the item meets all return conditions.

If any return falls outside of our stated policy, we reserve the right to return the item to you in the same condition.

Customers are responsible for the item(s) until they are received and acknowledged by Michael Whsky®

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

We recommend returning all parcels via tracked shipping and retaining proof of postage.

Include your packing slip or order confirmation to help our team identify your return.

UK Returns
Please be advised that all returned items must be sent via Royal Mail, as our returns address is a PO Box. We are unable to accept deliveries from courier services. Any returns sent using alternative carriers may not be received and could be returned to the sender.
Europe and International Returns
International customers may return items using their local postal service. Please note that returns must be sent via standard postal services that deliver through Royal Mail, as courier companies may not be able to deliver to our UK PO Box address.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or product:

Order Amendments & Cancellations
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes. This includes:

Item or size changes
-
Shipping or billing address updates
-
Adding or removing items
-
Changing shipping method
If you no longer want your order, please follow the standard return process after receiving it.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please:

Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your item, including photos and a description.

Once approved, complete the returns form and send the item back with proof of postage.

If confirmed faulty, we will refund the return shipping cost upon processing the return.
Sale Items

Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.

Refunds are not available for discounted or sale items unless deemed faulty.
