We ship worldwide from the UK. All shipments are tracked, and you will receive a tracking reference number via email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery : Royal Mail Tracked 24 : Processing & Dispatch ( 1–3 Business Days)
• 24-Hour Tracked Delivery After Dispatch

European Delivery

• Economy Standard Delivery : DHL Tracked : (3-5 Business Days) - £20
• Customs duties calculated at checkout

International Delivery

• Economy Standard Delivery : DHL Tracked : (5-7 Business Days) - £30
• Customs duties calculated at checkout

Please Note:

• A signature will be required upon delivery
• Tracking details are included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you can’t find it, you can also retrieve the tracking number from your Order History in your account.

European and International Orders ONLY

• Customs duties and import taxes will be calculated at checkout and paid in advance, so there are no unexpected fees or additional customs charges upon delivery.
• Some destinations may require additional customs information to receive your order

All services are carefully selected for their reliability and trusted performance. The delivery times listed above are estimates provided by the courier and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Each courier strives to meet these timeframes for every customer

Christmas | Limited Drops Periods

During the Christmas and Limited Edition drop period, order volumes are significantly higher than usual. As a result, dispatch times may be extended by 2–5 working days.  Our team work hard to get every order packed and shipped as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience and continued support.

• Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with all the details you require
• UK Orders - once your order is processed and dispatched we will send you your Royal Mail tracking number which will enable you to track your order on the Royal Mail website
• European and International Orders - once your order is processed and dispatched we will send you your DHL tracking number which will enable you to track your order on the DHL website
• If you are not receiving emails from us, please check your spam folder

You can review the status of your order at any time by entering your email and order number into the 'Track your order' section of our website and selecting 'Order History'. Alternatively, you can click the 'Parcel Tracking' link in your dispatch email.

If you would like to have your order sent to separate addresses, you can do so once you are in the Checkout details section. Select the "Deliver to different address" option, where you can apply separate addresses to each item you purchase. Each delivery address will be charged a separate delivery fee.

You will be unable to submit an order with items that are out of stock. If only part of your order is available, we will dispatch the items that are in stock and cancel the out of stock items. You will not be charged for any items that are not sent to you.

Your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.

If the dispatch confirmation email is sent to you before 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, your order will be collected by the appropriate delivery courier that day. Orders with dispatch confirmation emails sent after these times will be collected by the appropriate delivery courier the next business day.

We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of areas. Please allow up to seven working days for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly.

All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. Our standard delivery service does require a signature as all deliveries are tracked. Packages that will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection.
