You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a refund or exchange request.

All returns must include a completed returns slip.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, simply:

1.      Return your original item by following our returns process.

2.      Place a new order for the item you require.

This ensures you receive your desired item as quickly as possible.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team at:

Include your order number, a description of the fault, and if possible, supporting photos. We will advise on how to proceed with the return.

Responsibility & Return Conditions

• Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
• We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it is received and confirmed by us.
• Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
• Please ensure the packing slip or proof of purchase is enclosed in your return so we can process it promptly.
